形式主語 [形式目的語] の \(\boldsymbol{it}\)
形式主語や形式目的語の \(\boldsymbol{it}\) があとの不定詞 (=\;真主語、真目的語) を指す構文です。\(\boldsymbol{It\; …\; (for -)\;+}\) 不定詞

take と cost は、意味上の主語の前に 〈\(\color{blue}{for}\)〉を用いない表現をします。ただし、\(take\) には、〈\(for\)〉を用いる文の形があります。 また、この構文の〈\(it\)〉は不定詞句の形式主語というより、天候や時間を表す非人称の〈\(it\)〉と考えられています。\(\boldsymbol{It\;takes}\;+\)
